UK landlords run their portfolios across a patchwork of spreadsheets, paperwork and disconnected tools — while facing growing legal and tax obligations like Making Tax Digital. Blake UK Homes needed one platform to run everything end-to-end, built from the ground up rather than pieced together.
A from-scratch property-management SaaS, delivered as an installable, mobile-first PWA. Meyer Digital Co. built the full stack — authentication, core application logic, deployment and SEO. The portfolio dashboard surfaces live KPIs (properties, tenanted units, alerts, open faults, monthly income), with end-to-end modules for Rent, Invoices, Maintenance, Faults, Compliance, Documents, Tenants, Notices and Messages, built-in MTD (Making Tax Digital) support, and an integrated AI assistant, "AI Hudson."
Meyer Digital Co. delivered the complete SaaS greenfield — authentication, core application logic, deployment and SEO — as an installable Progressive Web App. The platform meets landlords' legal and compliance needs, including MTD tax requirements, giving Blake UK Homes a single system to manage an entire portfolio.
